- Can you take only one service?
- Yes. Plenty of our work is a single scope, most often millwork shop drawings or renderings for a team that already has an architect. The five disciplines are designed to work together but none of them requires the others.
- Do you work outside your listed markets?
- Regularly. The listed states are where we hold active practice and travel routinely. Everywhere else runs on the fully digital model, which delivers the same package on the same schedule with reviews over a screen.
- How early should we bring you in?
- Before the deal closes if possible. A feasibility and yield read is inexpensive and it is the single point where a small amount of design work changes the economics of a project most.
- Who stamps the drawings?
- Architectural and MEP documents are issued under licensed professionals registered in the project jurisdiction. Which entity signs depends on the state, and we confirm that in writing before any agreement is signed.
- What does an engagement cost?
- Fees are scoped per project, usually as a fixed fee per phase against an agreed deliverable list. You will have a written scope, fee and programme before anything begins.
