Interior Design

Concept through installation, including the unglamorous half: schedules, lead times, purchase orders and the freight that has to land in the right week.

What you get

A specified, sourced, installable interior.

Interior design for hospitality is an operations problem wearing a beautiful dress. A scheme is only as good as its ability to survive housekeeping, a hundred check-ins a week and a replacement order placed four years from now.

We design the guest experience as a sequence, from approach and arrival through the room and back out to the amenity floors, and we specify to that sequence. Every material is chosen with its maintenance, cleaning regime, fire rating and reorder availability already checked.

The output is a full FF&E package: finish schedules, furniture specifications with dimensions and fabrics, lighting selections, art and accessory direction, and a procurement schedule with realistic lead times. We can hand that to an owner's purchasing agent or run it ourselves through to install and styling.
